In order to carry out all its work and undertake all its projects, the foundation requires funding.
It needs to communicate and publicise itself in order to get its name known and recognised and to find partnerships. This is the reason why it organises extreme sporting challenges, the completion of which helps to finance the foundation.
After having realized, in May 2018, the 12h of Dubai, Steve realized the challenge of the crossing of the Channel in 20h55 for 61km of swimming, on September 27th, 2018.
On June 2, he took part in the "20 Bridges" event, which consists of swimming around the island of Manhattan, 46km in 7h55.
A race not only mythical but also symbolic to support the foundation "The Gavin Glynn Foundation" which helps children affected by cancer.After having realized, in May 2018, the 12h of Dubai, Steve realized the challenge of the crossing of the Channel in 8:55 pm for 61km swimming, September 27, 2018.
